Riverside Quarter

This project involved a comprehensive External Wall System (EWS) assessment and FRAEW survey for Riverside Quarter, a residential development in London. Our team conducted a full inspection of the building’s facade to assess compliance with PAS 9980 and the Building Safety Act.

The assessment included detailed analysis of the cladding system, insulation materials, cavity barriers, and fire stopping measures. Our surveyors identified key risk factors and provided actionable recommendations to support the duty holder’s compliance obligations.

The final report was delivered within 48 hours and included photographic evidence, risk ratings, and a prioritised remediation schedule. The client received full support throughout the process, from initial scoping through to post-report queries.
